SOTU afterthoughts
It turns out there was a copy of the prepared text for the speech online after all, here. Hat tip: Michelle. W adlibbed a little at the beginning -- not sure how closely he followed the script otherwise. I'll watch for a transcript.

They almost had me for a minute, you know the pomp, the ceremony, the best and brightest gathered together to make our world a better place. But then I snapped out of it and remembered that it was only our semi-coherent President, shaking the hand of a San Fran liberal who blinked somewhere around 82 million times, sitting next to a man who wished he was hunting and lying to the hundreds of whores arrayed before them.
We have the greatest aggregation of human talent ever in one nation state, and this is our leadership?
No matter what is said, who applauds, who abstains, none of these weasels are able to overcome their own weakness and the inertia of our system. They will not work together, they will sway with the polls, they will waste most of every dollar they spend, they are a force of idiocracy, not good.
Our entire way of life is actively under attack by tens, maybe hundreds of millions of Muslim nuttahs and yet we are unable to maintain our stones after several thousand deaths in this war? ...
