The Bomb-Hoax Bozos of Beantown need to show no intent if they want to beat charges of planting a hoax device.

Cops like to shoot crowd vid at bomb scares and other scenes.  Never know who’ll show up to what the fun. And the crowd video cops shot while they were dismantling the first Mooninite device at Sullivan Square last week revealed … the Perfect Hair Pair shooting their own vid of cops dismantling their devices!  ...
