Rurik, I'm not sure I'd go quite that far but it's definitely time to get her off the court somehow. Michelle Malkin has more here.

Comments Perhaps an approach more in keeping with Justice Gingburg's sensibilities would be to judge each according to his own rules and principles. That means we should judge Buzzy Ginzburg according to principles of international jurisprudence as she advocates. Among the oldest, and most established law codes currently in force anywhere in the world today is Muslim Shariah law. This law code also seems to enjoy considerable cachet with American Multi-cultis and progressives, a further argument in its favor. So let us judge Justice Ginzburg according to standard Sharia. For such an arrogant and publicly independent hag, together with her many othr publicly stated policies, she would be publicly flogged, and then stoned to death. Such an international and diverse action should please all good progressives, including Buzzy herself. Next case on the docket is Babs Streisand. Posted by: Rurik | Mar 16, 2006 12:41:04 PM I left this comment on Big Dog's Web log and thought it appropriate to go on the record here. Ruth is about ready for retirement or an old folks home. The leftists, socialists, and misguided liberals keep talking about impeaching our President or wanting to censure him, or other crazy left leaning stunts. I do not agree with Ruth using foreign standards to make laws for Americans. The kicker is she is also against freedom of speech and claims that talk radio encourages violence. The only thing wrong with that logic are the real threats are from al-Qaeda, Columbian mafia, hard core criminals and occasional lunatics. Why this left leaning judge wants to use other countries laws and critizing our freedom of speech is beyond the pale. (1) Man, what is this world coming to? Listening to Ruth’s logic is like listening to Air America and Al Frankin rolled into one. The great thing about America. We have all kinds; kooky kinds and appropriate kinds. And, we have the freedom to be whatever we want to be. Right now, fortunately, we have balanced out the courts, thanks to our President and our Republican controlled Congress. Guess we are going to be relatively safe from fringe mentality for the next several years. ‘nough said about Ruth and her wacky ideas. Footnote: (1) classic example of “beyond the pale” appears in The Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens, dated 1837. “I look upon you, sir (or in this case madame) , as a man (or in this case woman) who has placed himself (in this case herself) beyond the pale of society, by his (in this case her) most audacious, disgraceful, and abominable public conduct”. By the way, Thank you for your service. I retired USN 30 yrs, 2 mon, 24 days (So said by DD214s. Thank you for your service.
