WaPo: Marine Says Rules Were Followed (Hat tip: Bruce Kesler, who comments here.) Do read that WaPo article, people, and let me know what you think. If the WaPo is to be trusted it sounds like someone might have applied "Fallujah rules" in a situation where maybe they shouldn't have, but it was a far cry from "cold-blooded" murder.
